Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use bathrobe.asia or buy from Bathrobe Company Singapore, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, a company registered in Thailand ("we", "us" or "our"). Using the site or placing an order means you accept them, so please read them first.
Using the website
We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to use this site to shop for yourself. You must not:
- use it in a way that breaks the law;
- upload or send anything containing a virus or other harmful code, or anything that is defamatory, obscene or infringes someone else's rights;
- try to get into our systems without permission, or interfere with how the site works;
- copy or reuse our text, photographs or design without our written permission.
By using the site you confirm you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, please use it only with a parent or guardian.
Products and descriptions
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fabric and size where the listing gives them. Colours can look different on different screens, and there can be small differences between production batches.
Prices
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars and no tax is added at checkout: the total at checkout, including any delivery charge, is the amount you pay. If we find a pricing mistake on an order you have placed, we will contact you before it ships and you can choose to go ahead at the right price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm and ship your order.
- We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
- Please give us the right delivery and contact details. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by a wrong address.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe or through PayPal, over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.
Shipping, returns and cancellations
Delivery times and costs are on our Shipping page, and returns, refunds and cancellations are on our Refunds & Returns page. Both form part of these terms.
Our liability
We are not responsible for losses that were not a foreseeable result of something we did wrong, or for business losses. Where we are responsible for a loss connected with an order, our liability is limited to what you paid for that order, as far as the law allows.
None of this limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and none of it affects your statutory rights as a consumer in Singapore. See also our Limited Liability Indemnity page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
